These are crazy times we are living in. I have now thoroughly cleaned my house, organized every closet, purged all of the clutter (and then gone back and did it all again!). But there is a silver lining in all of it - and this "pause" has given me the opportunity to test some delicious recipes for when we at Added Touch are able return to creating events beyond your wildest expectations. In the meantime, its just Clive who gets the benefit of all my cooking (but I cant wait to share it all with you)! The other night I tried out this Crispy Chicken Schnitzel recipe by Jamie Geller and paired it with roasted broccoli & cubed butternut squash. I like to add a spritz of lemon to mine, which helps open up the flavors of most any dish. Let me know how yours turns out in the comments below!
